Forever Young (1D fanfic)

Emma Renae Summers, an 18 year old girl with leukemia. She isn't a huge fan of 1D, but she doesn't hate them. And so a company for sick kids called "Make A Wish" foundation allows sick children to make wishes and they make it come true. So Emma asks to meet One Direction. What's happens when one of the 1D boys falls for her? Maybe more than one of them will fall for Emma. Drama, heartbreak? Will her leukemia get the best of her or will she overcome it?
