Everything was normal for Joe. He was a swimmer. He was a popular kid at the school. He was the straight A's. Joe was a chick magnet. He had everything he could possibly want in life, except one little thing. The girl off his dreams. He claims he's start when he knows for sure, but what if she was there all along....?

Kyley was not so normal/ordinary. She wasn't a guy magnet, she wasn't attracted to sports. She loved music, especially when she makes up her own lyrics. She gets beat by her moms boyfriend. Her mom doesn't have a choice. Kyley's been cutting her wrists since she was 7. Now she is 16. That's 9 years. She's the kind of girl who knows she will be single for the rest of her life.

The two finally start noticing each other. He hears a little summary about her life from his best friend Zaine. Joe feels really bad about what's going on in her life. He may be a popular swimmer, but he likes her. He learns that when Zaine invites them and a bunch of other friends over to a party. Kyley tells him about her life. He wants to stand up for her. She refuses but with this situation, he doesn't take no for an answer. Something big and surprising happens to them both as one has made the worst mistake of there life. Can they fix it?
