Before, the Game of Thrones, the seven kingdoms saw the rise of Westeros as a united country, all seven kingdoms forged into one great kingdom under the greatest dynasty. The story revolves around Aegon and his two sister-queens; their ascent and their demise. Were the tales of conquest true to what had been chronicled? Were they they exactly themselves as the bards sang in their songs?

The Blackfyres and Targaryens have fought many times against each other for the Iron Throne. Maelys Blackfyre was the last one to try and conquer the Iron Throne during the War of the Ninepenny Kings. Daemon, his cousin, was also killed by Maelys in order to get control of the Golden Company. Unbeknownst to Maelys, Daemon had a son called Aegon. Aegon fled after seeing his father being murdered and set out to travel among the Free Cities of Essos. After a few years of mercenary work, he settled near Volantis and started a family. Now his daughter, Visenya Blackfyre, is going on a journey that will change Westeros and Essos for generations. ~ I do not own Game of Thrones or any of the characters except my own~ I like to thank bobissocool11 for creating his book 'A Dragon's Flame'. It inspired me to write this story and it may have some overlap with that story. I highly recommend you read his/her story. Lastely, this is my first story ever. I hope you will enjoy it. The competition that this book was part of was FANATIC AWARDS. It got second place. The competition only consisted of three books, so take from it what you will. Please be aware that some chapters will have adult content. Read at your own discretion.
