The year is 2039. The population of the United States is crazy huge. The United Nations made a law where first though senior kids have to take a test at the end of the year. The test determines if you pass, you move on to the next grade. If you don't, you die. One day however, Laina "failed" the test even though that Carter and Blake "passed".
It's up to the three best friends to figure out if they passed or not. The question is, will they be visiting the The Thinning?

*Note*: This is all fanfiction. All the characters expect for Carter don't belong to me. The story doesn't belong to me, I added some few changes because of the new character, I put in. That's it. The pictures also don't belong to me.
