The Assassin's Star

Isabel Truswick is an orphan. She spent her whole life feeling like she is worth nothing. One day the cruel and wicked Queen of Asteri, the country Isabel lives in, is assassinated. On her way to find rumors, she runs into the man, or should I say Assassin? that committed the crime. And he tells her that she is one of them. A magical group of well assassins. A group of people that have a variety of powers. You name it and an Assassin might have it. Air, water, fire, earth, darkness, light. Isabel's power: mind. She is thrust into a world where instead of being at the bottom works her way to the top. But evil is brewing, old people, and old allies, old enemies. No one is as they seem. The world is not prepared, but the Prince is back.
