When the false wall comes down, an old study, dating back to the nineteenth century, is uncovered. While searching through an old writing desk, Raven finds an unsent letter hidden away in the drawer. The letter describes a forbidden relationship between a man named Viggo Astor in love with a woman betrothed to another man with arrangements for them to run away together.
