Kimiko has never been very social. From a young age a medical condition prevented her from participating in sports, walking a long ways, and even climbing stairs was difficult for her. Homeschooled for as long as she can remember, Kimiko's only friends consist of her housekeeper/caretaker and her dog, Seikatsu.
At the start of her high school years, however, Mistu reluctantly allows Kimiko to attend the prestigious Ouran Academy. Neither one could have had any idea the adventures that awaited within its walls.
