Just a Broken Heart is a short story based on a picture I found on Pinterest and the quote "I am walking on an ocean of happiness I can not baptize myself in" from Explaining My Depression to My Mother by Sebrina Benaim (spoken word; a conversation).
This story is about a young girl falling in love and fighting with her inner demons well being pulled back and forth by love and fear.

"Pieces of Me" is a raw and poignant journey through the complexities of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. The story follows a young boy who, tormented by bullying because of his feminine voice, learns to mask his true self in an attempt to survive the cruel realities of school life. As he grows older and enters high school, he feels the weight of having to conform to societal expectations of having a masculine voice, sacrificing his authenticity to fit in. In his search for acceptance, he falls deeply in love with someone who seems to offer the comfort and connection he's longed for. But this love soon turns toxic, as betrayal and manipulation emerge from the person he trusted most. The emotional and physical abuse he endures leaves deep scars, shattering his sense of self-worth. Despite the overwhelming darkness, "Pieces of Me" is a story of healing. Through the pain, the protagonist embarks on a journey of self-discovery, learning to reclaim the shattered pieces of his heart and identity. It's a tale of resilience, where every scar tells a story of survival, and ultimately, of finding strength in vulnerability. As he pieces himself back together, he learns that true love and acceptance must first come from within. This is a story about reclaiming one's voice, embracing individuality, and discovering that the fragments of our past, no matter how broken, can come together to create something whole. Disclaimer: Pieces of Me contains explicit content, including sexual themes, trauma, homophobia, abuse, and violence. This story is based on real events and is centered around the LGBTQ+ experience. Reader discretion is advised. Please proceed at your own risk, and I hope you find meaning in this raw and emotional journey. Enjoy the story!
CRYSTAL HEART (MaleXMale)
A heart is a fragile item. That is why we need to protect them so vigorously, give them away so rarely and why it means so much because some hearts are more fragile than others. Pure somehow like crystal in a world of glass. Even the way they shattered is beautiful. But when it is shattering, nothing can amend it to be a perfect again. That is a similarity between heart and crystal. There always have been bleeding from leaking scar or blemishes when someone deliberately broken it. Once it happens, they never return to the original state anymore. That is why heart or crystal need a hundred percent careful care. To avoid it from scratches with unwanted regret. Both hold same fragility and value. Both need an intensive care. The question is can people really care it as if they value themselves? Can people value them like some precious and rare gem? Or do they only take a notice when it shattered beyond repair. Unable to move on or beat for another day. No pills or expert could cure and restoring before the pain take over. This a tale about heart, the center of human vitality as well destruction once its defects. The location is in the center of the chest, just behind the physical heart. This energetic center deals with the love of self and others, compassion, empathy, kindness, relationship, intimacy, devotion, reaching out and taking in, forgiveness, hope, trust, balance, quest for peace. Absorbed
All of us needed our own saviour. It could have been in any form. A person. A talent. An outburst. A paper. Laughing. Smiling. Walking forward. Breathing. Writing. And some of us needed someone to save us from ourselves. Our minds. Our own demons scattered in the depths of places we don't even want to imagine. Perhaps, it was what she was looking for. The depth within. ---------------------------------------------------- But little did we know, the heart was nothing but a sponge. It absorbed all kinds of feelings--pain, pleasure, depression, joy. Once absorbed, never stained.Concluída
A Self-love Story
Bliss. Delight. Contentment. Euphoria. Elation. Joy. Glee. Felicity. Jubilation. These are all words synonymous to the word happiness. But what is true happiness? Happiness is that feeling of butterflies fluttering around in your chest, trying to break out. Happiness is that invisible fluid rushing in your veins, making you shiver in the most wonderful way. Happiness is the force that pulls your cheeks up into the widest smile and makes your eyes twinkle. Happiness makes you light-headed and giddy, it is in fact like alcohol. Well then, I am utterly and completely drunk. When you're happy, everything feels amazing. Even small insignificant things like getting up in the morning. The golden hue of sunlight streaming in through the curtains feels like a soft caress from the hand of a lover. The birds seem to chirp sweetly outside, a melody to which the leaves sway as if mesmerised by their music. The curtains tango with the wind beautifully. Every little thing seems perfect. And that's a word I'd use to describe my life. Perfect. To give you a little introduction about me, let me start by explaining the most important aspects of my life. I have a loving family. There's my sarcastic, yet surprisingly sweet brother, my beautiful mother (both in looks and spirit) and my stern, yet humorous father. I have the best best friend, Charlotte and I have an amazing boyfriend, Theo. I'm quite beautiful and popular too which I'm not saying to brag, I'm just stating the truth. So that is my life. The life of Tia-Jade Garcia. *** What she didn't know was that every high has a low and that the higher you rise, the lower you fall and the more painful that fall is. Follow her story as she loses everybody she ever cared for and thereby her happiness. See her fight all of her demons by herself. Watch her fall in love...with herself because the only person's love you'll always need is yours. This is her self-love story.Concluída
