Spoiler warning for Homecoming and (obviously) The Defenders. After Peter decides to stay a street level hero, a mysterious organization enters his life and makes his life as Spider-Man harder.... The Hand. Things get even weirder for Peter when he meets the likes of Matt Murdock, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Danny Rand and gets involved in the war against the Hand. Now Spider-Man must join the Defenders and save New York from falling into the control of the Hand.

If that was all that was happening, newest iteration of the Heroes For Hire in the big apple would have no problems restoring peace and order. But when monstrous villains start appearing out of nowhere, the heroes' problem becomes much more complicated than just relieving some street punks of their switchblades. To solve the mystery and defeat their foes, the Heroes For Hire will need their minds as well as their muscles. But hey, that's what being a hero is all about, right? ...right?? I do not own Marvel or any of its characters or properties, this is purely fandiction. I do not own the art either, only the story. Currently in the editing stages, so even tho I have it marked as complete, bare with me.
