Following the death of her parents, Kate Bryant moves to the uncomfortably mountainous Washington State with her aunt and uncle. She wanted to mourn the loss of her parents and spend time alone with her camera. She didn't expect to fall in love with the snow tipped mountains, or Sam Holder, the outdoor enthusiast, with the freckles and happy-go-lucky grin.
