Was it worth it? After the Doors of Death are closed, Percy is forced to consider the choices he has made. For the past six years, the only thing he has known is battling monsters, but now that everything is over, he discovers that peace can be even more traumatic than war. The scars that have been carved onto him both mentally and physically are just beginning to fade, and Percy finds himself longing for something more. Then Percy encounters Nick Fury, who has an interesting and enticing proposition for him. Join the Avengers, and regain his past life of adrenaline filled battles and danger around every corner. Will Percy join? Hell yeah! The only question is; Will he ever find peace?

Dead. Gone. Percy's life has been decimated. His Wise Girl is dead. The seven are dead. Nico and Thalia are dead. Every single demigod older than 12 is dead. He's broken, and shattering further every day. Nick Fury is furyous. Perseus Jackson is a terrorist, and with him recently on the grid, now seems like a perfect time to capture and interrogate him. So the Avengers and Percy Jackson meet. Will the Avengers be able to befriend and help the last demigod, or will both crumble under the face of a new threat, especially with Loki thrown into the mix? No cursing (even though Tony curses) but a little bit of carnage. No details though. All copyright goes to Marvel and Rick Riordan. The characters are theirs. Only plot is mine.
