I am Jae Eun. Ahn Ji Gong's last daughter. I wonder the streets of the capital, causing trouble like I always do, but I am known as the "bimil yeoja" (Secret Woman). I am the only female assassin (that is known) in the capital and am the worse one out there (meaning that she's a kind of serial killer). I am good friends with King JinHeung, Queen Dowager knows also, but she agreed to keep me alive if I protect her son during the night. Even during the day I cause a lot of trouble and help those that are in trouble. I'm not the kind of girl you would want to fight, because you'll lose. I always take the blame for other people and take their punishments, just to keep the scars that I protected them. The only time I'm not causing trouble is when I'm with my best childhood friend, Suk Han Seung. Him and I have been friends since we were little kids and we're always with each other. I kind of replace his brother for him since I'm always with him and protecting him. Then a major opportunity comes up for me. I get the option to join the Hwarang, but there's only one little problem. I'm a female. Who will know that I'm a female when I get in there? I actually did this story about over a month ago, I had just accidentally deleted it, so......yeah. Don't judge please! Have you ever had your own journal? One that you either are required to have or just have to get your thoughts out... I do, and it's for when I go to therapy. It was supposed to help soothe me and give me something to talk of when I visited my therapist. Coming from me it means a lot of writing of bad things, sometimes the bad things are all I think about and I write in it every day. It would be horrible if someone read it outside the circle of me and my therapist. I trusted her and that was it, no one else was a loud in. Never in my life did I ever think I'd be reincarnated. As far as I'm aware, being able to reincarnate means being good in your previous life, and being given a chance to restart your life anew. Although I don't consider myself particularly good, I'm not bad either. I simply existed somewhere in between. Regardless, I never expected to wake up inside a fantasy novel! And not just any novel, but a "dark romance", as my sister would call it. The kind with an obsessive male lead willing to go to any lengths to protect his delicate, soft-spoken heroine. Even if it meant murder. I had read the story before, and yes, it was undeniably cliché. But now, I find myself trapped within said story, cast as the villain, destined to meet my end at the hands of the possessive, and dangerously unhinged male lead. I can't tell if this world despises me or if it's offering me a twisted kind of opportunity. But one thing is for certain: I have to survive. And I need to find a way out.
