I saw muddied boots and looked up. The man stooped down to my eye level and my eyes widened as I looked into those cold, steel blue eyes for only a moment as he whispered, "Sleep, love."

I don't know how or why, but I did as I was told for once in my life. I didn't even fight it. My eyelids drooped, and I was soon unconscious. 

This was the night my life spun out of control.

This fanfiction takes place after the events of Legacies. where the infamous Mikaelson brothers, Klaus and Elijah, are brought back from the dead. The main story takes place back in New Orleans where the siblings are reunited and are given grim look into their families uncertain future. Thanks to a close betrayal Elijah ends up on a completely new journey as he makes close friends with a pack of wolves, who have been trapped underground and experimented on by witches of the Blood Order in attempt to make hybrids of their own. He befriends the Peterson siblings who are original demons and Freya's childhood enemies. His new allegiances putting a strain on his relationship with his family. As he is forced to pick between his old family and his forever growing new family. All whilst, embracing physical changes and new challenges as he adopts the role of 'father' for two young children. Causing his loyalties to be tested and his life taking a drastic turn as a result. Warning: Covers Mature Themes. This is the fanfiction version, I have updated this with new characters in 'The Angels Cove Chronicles' if your interested FYI: If I'm going to spell Cole- Kol, then Rebecca has to be spelt normally. Too many K's otherwise.

The Quarter is quiet. Marcellus controls the vampires. The wolves live like outcasts in the Bayou. The Witches have a rocky peace with the vampires. The Mikaelsons raise Hope in their family home. All is peaceful, quiet despite the minor disputes. However the newest Scottish visitors have a long history that they plan on bringing to town. --- "They don't like the idea of new vampires in New Orleans." He reports shamefully, holding his head downwards. The butler seemed as though fearing for his life. I hold the lavender ball gown up to my chest, looking at myself in the floor length mirror. "On the contrary, dear Joseph," I pause, listening as my sweet Scottish accented voice floats around the room in tranquility. I turn to him, my ice eyes resting on him. "We are very, very old vampires." I drop the dress, and the butler looks up in fear. My movements are as fast as a striking snake, tearing out his throat in such a swift movement there's barely any mess. I look into his eyes as he raises his hands to his neck, falling to the ground in a light thump. I walk back and pick up the lavender dress, admiring my smiling reflection in the mirror as the tragically human butler bleeds out onto the expensive Russian rug. --- Some plot lines and moments of the Originals has been altered for this story. Camille is human (alive). Marcel is not a super vamp. However, Hope is seven years old. I only own the events and Characters I design, the rest all belong to the CW and the wonderful writers. Edit:: The Title has been changed from Casket Crowns to Her Majesty The reasoning is that the characters designed in this story are being used in a series of novels that will NOT be fan fictions. Klaus Mikaelson is considered as some vilain in Vampire Diaries. Like many bad ones he has a good side. His story has moved me so much that I have decided that this would be about him. It will involve a character of my creation and him. The truth is, to me, he has suffered a lot and is not as bad as people think he is. Sure he has done many horrible things but life hasn't been the nicest to him. I hope you will like my story.
