Natalia Leona Stiles was 11 years old and lived across the street from this boy named Leo all her life. They've been bestfriends since PreK until he got cancer so he had to live in a hospital so they can treat his cancer but she doesn't know what hospital his parents sent him to they wouldn't tell her. 4 years later Natalia is 15 and one day her family just dumped her at Ocean Park Hospital while her family moved half way across the world so they wouldn't have to deal with her issues.
