Nico di Angelo gets adopted by Bruce Wayne after Batman witnesses him stalking around a cemetery in Gotham in the middle of the night. He doesn't want to move in with Bruce, but seeing as he can't supply any proof of his parents or even his own birth records, he doesn't have a good reason to say no. It's Bruce Wayne or the foster system so Nico decides to take his chances with the billionaire. What he didn't anticipate is that he isn't Bruce's only child, or that the man is more than meets the eye.
Nico gets dragged into the Batfam and has to learn their secret while trying to hide the mythological world from the greatest family of detectives in the world.
No Nico ships. It would get in the way of the plot.
I will try to keep at least somewhat accurate with the rest of the books. Everything belongs to Rick Riordan or DCU.

Demigod in Gotham
Nico had two goals when he moved to Gotham #1- help new demigods get to Camp #2- don't meet the Waynes He didn't have anything against the family, how could he when he was only told about them the day before he moved, but he had heard about the serial adoption of black haired kids. He already had a strained relationship with his father, he didn't need a second one. -------- As Nico sat in the park with the random boys he befriended, he finally felt normal. They didn't know who his father was; hell, they thought his father was dead. He was quite literally the most free he had been since Italy and even then, it was under Mussolini at the time so that was a bit of a stretch. The calm seemed universal throughout the group until Tim's phone rang. "Oh shit, it's Bruce." Immediately all of them were on alert scanning the surrounding area while Tim talked on the phone, panic in his eyes. "He was on the other side of the park for a walk between meetings and saw a picture of us walking in the park online," Tim said as soon as he hung up. "Wait wait wait" Nico said as Jason looked like he was preparing to literally throw him into the tree. "Bruce as in Bruce Wayne? You're the Wayne's?! And why are you acting like he's gonna shoot me on sight?" "He's gonna shoot adoption papers at you." Damian mumbled, once again begrudgingly reviving a high five from Tim and Dick. Jason just rolled his eyes as he made his hands a step for Nico to get in the tree. "Yes we're the Wayne's. How do you know of us, but not have a clue what we look like?" A Break and Then Everything Went up Into Flames
Nico di Angelo is depressed stressed lemony zest. Its been a month since the second war, and Nico is still recovering from trauma. So Chiron came up with a wonderful idea, Nico di Angelo, goes on a break for two months. Off to the safest mortal city for demigods, Gotham. He's absolutley screwed, with in the first week he got hit by a car. Specifically the bat mobile. Ever since that incident the Batfam has been keeping tabs on Nico. Will they ever find out Nico is a demigod? Probably. Will Nico get adopted? Probably im the damn author. Any way this is my first fic and i really love DC and PJO so let me spread some inspired joy. Don't Fade Away: A Solangelo Fanfiction 2
Nico di Angelo is finally happy. He's learning to accept himself for his sexuality and as a son of Hades. After everything horrible that has happened to him, he's slowly getting better with the help of Will and his friends. Will Solace finally got the boy of his dreams. The boy he had a crush on since he was 11 years old. He's starting to realize that he isn't as useless as he thinks he is, and that he's actually worth something. Everything is going great for a while. But just like it always is for demigods, nothing good ever lasts. The death of Nico's first and closest friend Jason Grace puts a sudden end to the sunshine that currently brightens Nico's life for once. His death triggers a lot of things for him, and shines light on a lot of his unresolved trauma. Will Nico be able to make it through this without his mental stability completely breaking once and for all? Will Nico be able to let people in enough to help him get through it? And what about the mysterious dreams that Nico keeps having of his mom? And who really is this little girl that knows nothing about her past? In this sequel to Out of the Shadows, Nico sees familiar faces and revisits past places, but at least this time he has Will along for the ride. However, just as things are regaining a sense of normalcy, everything goes sideways again. Nico is attacked by a monster within camp boundaries, and Hades has gone missing. Then the Oracle speaks another prophecy. One where Nico is the bad guy. To protect himself, and camp, Nico flees once again, leaving behind his family, friends, and everything familiar for the twisty, crime-ridden streets of Gotham City. Now, feeling more alone than ever, Nico has to keep his nose clean and try and discover the meaning behind this newest chain of catastrophic events. But trouble seems to follow the son of Hades, and soon he's faced with a new challenge- family. As Nico tries to juggle hiding his own demigod identity from five of the world's best detectives, and discovering the secret behind their own late-night disappearances, the prophecy begins unwinding around him, sending him into a downwards spiral of disaster and discovery. Into the Shattered Night
Nico finally gets out of that weird hotel, only for everything to be different. There are a lot more lights, and everyone is staring at this tiny screen, and the weird lawyer lady is watching him now. His dad visits sometimes, but not enough. His sister is growing distant, which makes sense, she had her own life. It still hurt sometimes though. Then things start to change. He meets the Waynes, for one. Gotham is a big scary place, when he's allowed out into it, but they're nice. And their dad is funny. A lot funnier than his dad.(Don't tell Hades he said that. Ms. Alecto keeps saying he'd smite Nico. Nico didn't believe it, but still.) So yeah. Gotham is fine. His life is... nice. Even when the lights flicker because Bianca is yelling at him, then Ms. Alecto gets mad at her for not controlling her emotions. Even when he's allowed to go outside and he sees ghosts. He doesn't tell Ms. Alecto about that, he doesn't want her to get mad at him. Everything is fine. Then these weird people started coming around their house, and Ms. Alecto started telling them to stay out of the house. Where were they supposed to go? Bianca says the library. But Nico kinda wants to visit their neighbors next door. They seem nice. Not weird at all.
