Todd is the main character. He's a shy little blue-haired boy with serious people anxiety. Damien lives with Todd. He's Todd's (sort of) bipolar roommate, with a bad habit of getting into trouble. Jeffery (or "Jeffie") is their upstairs-neighbor. He's sickeningly upbeat and positive, and he's always smiling silly about something. This is the story about them!
