Tokashi Henji  is a so called 'Phsyco'. He gets that rush and happiness when he kills. His mind isn't straight...At all. He soon gets caught and is sent to an asylum for 5years.

 After those long 5 years he is finally released and is enrolled in High school but what he doesn't know is that he made the news and people know that he is a Physco path and they avoid him and bully him causing him to cut and get into fights.

 Deep inside Tokashi still knows he is not sane...At all. But why does a certain boy take a liking to him and tries to Change him?

Can that boy succeed even when he doesn't know that Tokashi is in a Mafia and is the leader?
