Junko is cold. She's cold and she's sick of it taking everything away from her. So she climbs Mt. Ebbot to escape where she falls near a nest of icy Phoenixes. A few years later Junko has been happily living with her family and new sister Yuuki, but it all goes wrong one day when they are caught by one of Asgore's soul-hunting patrols. Critically injured, Junko's soul is nearly captured when her family swoops in to save her, but it's too late. Frantically, Yuuki snatches Junko's soul away from an outstretched arm and absorbs the soul, transforming him until a fusion of human and Phoenix. Many centuries later, after Frisk frees them all, Junko and Yuuki who have now dubbed themselves as Yuuko find a group of humans beating a monster to near death. Outraged, Yuuko blasts them all away and helps the monster to a nearby bar, where she meets the man made of fire, Grillby. Will he be able to melt her icy exterior? Or will Junko be too afraid to learn to love again?

This is their story of falling in love, family, gaining friendship with an unbreakable bond, and finding themselves amidst the chaotic world of U.A, while proving that they have what it takes to continue being true heroes. This is mostly from Izuku's side of things. Yes, this is a DekuKiri romance (he will not be called Deku in this!). Yes, this will have smut included. Some characters are different, purely because I can. This book will have violence, death, brutal fights, gore and badass-ness. I do not own the characters in this book - apart from Syrinx, Rhyki and Pyro, plus others that I'll throw in for good measure. This does not fall in with the original timeline/story.
