Dylan Ivy Walters has never had it easy. She gets up every morning, puts on her mask and walks into school with a smile on her face and a bounce in her step. But she is slowly dying inside. She's been stuck in an abusive lifestyle for so long, and she has fought as much as she can, but she's done. Little did she know that there was a certain blue-eyed boy who saw through her charade, and who cared for this brave, feisty young woman.

Blaise Elliot James isn't your typical 'badboy', in fact he is nowhere near bad, with a heart of gold and only good intentions he is like a fluffy teddy-bear you could cuddle forever. If he found out that was what Dylan thought of him, heads are gonna roll. He has a past, but doesn't everyone? The thing is, he blames himself for that unfortunate event, and let's his fear get in the way of his happiness, of Dylan.
