The Holy Grail Wars has ended and all of the servants are humans now who attend a High School where they can train to prevent evil from getting in the way of innocent civilians. But, a strange girl who looks just like Arturia, a fellow student, comes to the school in search for the Holy Grail that the headmaster is secretly hiding. She gets her hands on the Grail and it's up to Arturia and her friends to stop her and her master from taking down the Clock Tower in London. Can Arturia and her friends stop this madness? And the main question is, why does this master want to take down the Clock Tower in the first place?
