✥ W h e n t h e r e i s l i f e , t h e r e i s d e a t h ✥ - UNDER EDITING - It was back then at the time of the Goddesses when she was born. Death, it's an inviting word that everyone tends to avoid. To accept it is nothing but a fleeting dream for you, no one dared to embrace it. Foolish, foolish Hylians. They think so badly of it. When underlying hatred filled a certain Hylian, Darkness was created. Whoever thought that the Darkness had a past? That someone was no one else but you. When you got bored, however. You decided to have a little fun. You are a manifestation of hatred, pain, and evil. You are an entity incapable of feeling sorrow, nor joy. And most of all, love. But when you struck a wrong move, a certain man got involved in your schemes. You didn't expect it to happen. Not at all. (Link x Reader)

"....How? ....How did it come to this? The Divine Beasts... the Guardians.... they've all turned against us. It was... Calamity Ganon. It turned them all against us!" The Kingdom of Hyrule had been preparing for Ganon's return since Zelda was only months old. But a now grown-up Zelda stood, well sat, collapsed on the ground of a Neculdian field with the man she loved bleeding out in her arms. There had never been a Zelda who'd failed, a Link who allowed darkness to reign, but Hyrule had fallen dead. The fight had been lost. At the scream of the scared sword, Zelda was alone. Scared, injured, pregnant... alone. But she was the final descendant of Hylia. She had to fight on, even if alone. The future of Hyrule's survivors depended on her, for Link couldn't return if there was no Hyrule to return to. Cover art belongs to Werlosk from Twitter.
