May Johnson is your average high school girl. She has a bright and bubbly personality and a generous heart. Though she had some painful and humiliating experiences in the past, she learns to move on from them and live in the present. But that doesn't mean her past doesn't haunt her.

Life for her is pretty normal. Working hard towards her goal of getting a full scholarship for college, she tries to keep herself away from any type of distractions, including her past.

But things doesn't work out the way she planned to, when a certain mute boy transfers to her school.

**********

Caleb West transfers to a new town, a new school to escape and change the harsh reality that is his life.

All he ever wanted was to be normal. To make the pain go away. That is, until a certain brunette makes him realize that being normal is boring and that it's okay to just be himself.

She makes him realize that everyone has their own demons they have to face and that in one way or another, they're all in pain.

Summer Jones doesn't have a perfect life - a crazy half family, dropping grades and absolutely no idea on what she's doing in life. This tomboy has no care in the world about anything except her sleep, food and loved ones. In that order (or not). But someone's about to crash that scale of preference and make her mind even crazier. Caleb Anderson seemed to have a perfect life. He had the looks, the crazy psycho girls running behind him and amazing soccer skills. What more could he need, right? Wrong. All he needed was a wild Summer Jones to spice his life up and all she needed was an arrogant Caleb Anderson to show her how to live fully in life. Would these two completely independent people, go past their hatred for each other and depend on that one chance brought to them? *** "I just got started. Wait and watch how I ruin your entire existence." He narrows his eyes at me, challenging me to come at him. "Are you sure you didn't just walk into the wall when you were young? You seem to have had your head hit pretty bad considering the consequential brain cells loss." I say while crossing my arms over my chest to get my point across. "Take care of those heavy words, blondie. You might just have to pay for them." That seemed to anger him so I smirked even more, despite him calling me blondie. Trust me, I've got that a lot. "It's okay, I anyways don't deal with cheap stuff like you." I throw him the most sarcastic smile I could ever muster. Told you it's a love-hate relationship. A humorous non-cliché story with absolute madness, relatable characters, lots of laughter and lots of conflicting emotions from Summer and Caleb. Warning: contains some abusive content. Written by a 16-year-old who has no idea on how to write all this. Promise it gets better after a few chapters :) *** Ranked #1 in badboy on 13/11/2019 #1 in summer #7 in #teenfiction #2 in #hateatfirstsight #1 in Caleb

"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not. I took in a deep breath before taking his face in both of my hands and swooping down to kiss him. At first, I was so nervous I didn't realize that we were already kissing but after a few moments, I realized how soft his lips felt on my own. Before I can register it I felt him moving against me. I would have gotten off of him but I realize that he wasn't moving to get away from me. No, He was moving his lips against mine." °°°°° Aiden Moore isn't extraordinary. He has average looks, he is OK with sports, and his only strong point is that he is smart (although that doesn't mean much to his fellow classmates). And, of course, his virgin ass has never had a girlfriend, let alone a crush. It seemed as if he would never find someone. That was until he met her, Scarlett Hale. She was the most beautiful girl you will ever meet. Kind, sweet, and one of the few people with a higher GPA then him, she was amazing and Aiden imagined that she would be all his. Once Aiden gets rid of her boyfriend, Aaron Tyler. The most annoying guy you will ever meet, Aiden gags just thinking about him. The man is smoking hot and makes Aiden's dreams of getting the girl to seem very impossible. So what would happen if Aiden gets involved with the wrong person? Will Aiden get the girl? Will he fall short? Or will he fall into the arms of a guy who is in love with the girl he loves? _______________________________________ WARNING: First book EVER! Caden grabs both of Lilly's hands, pulls them close to him, and says, "Lilly, please stop saying that. It's not your fault Caleb's a jerk who likes to fight and I can't find any better of a friend than you. Do you know why?" Lilly shakes her head in confusion and Caden continues, "Because Lilly, the truth is...you are the greatest friend I have ever had. I am so glad I met you and ran after you yesterday. In fact, if it wasn't for me meeting you yesterday and hanging out with you, I most likely wouldn't be here right now." Confused, Lilly asks, "Wh-what do you mean you most likely wouldn't be here? Where would you be?" Caden replies, "Gone." Lilly questions, "Gone? Caden, what do you mean gone?" ************************** Lilly's life is good, she has God, her family, friends, and cheerleading to get her through life. However, one day, things start to change. Her friends start to pull away, the new boy at school, Caden, begins showing interest in her and on top of all that she starts having dizzy spells, sometimes so bad it almost makes her faint. Lilly's life is changing, and changing fast. What will happen next? WARNING: There is very mild cussing in the first few chapters! If u don't like that fact, I'm sorry. I don't either but it's mean girls in high school and I don't know what else they would say. Disclaimer: I do not own any of the pictures used in this story.
