*Summary Below*

Niore and Mahiro are two hunters each with their own, yet similar, reasons for becoming Monster Hunters.
 As they start their journey together through jungles,deserts, and tundras encountering many different monsters. They learn more about their own strengths and weaknesses both on the hunt and a more personal level. As the dangers they face grow in size and ferocity they learn to value one another and those at their side.
Maybe someday they'll truly learn what it means to be true Monster Hunters.All Rights Reserved

Direct crosspost from Ao3 This is an INTENSELY self indulgent prequel for the events of Monster Hunter World following the life of the Commander. Fic takes place from the First Fleet setting out and covers things like the Celestial Pursuit ending up on a mountain, the Scoutflies, the Seeker peacing out, the Research Base crash landing, and some other stuff I'm forgetting, and ends right before the opening sequence of the game.
