Jaycee Quinn recieved her letter two years later than a witch normally would. She was to start her third year at Hogwarts, though she didn't really know much about magic. The girl really didn't know she was a witch until Mcgonagall arrived on her doorstep to hand deliver her letter. There was many things people didn't know about Jaycee, and there was many things Jaycee barely knew about herself.
