It's the hard-knock-life for Effie Emerson. It's her first year of college and her nerves are on fire; not just because of school, but also the "Three Gays" who live with her.

"The Three Gays", aka Preston, Emmet, and Jack, are the overprotective friends of Effie. They have chased away any possible mate that she can lay her eyes on. 

It isn't until a certain nerd comes along and catches the boys attention. The game quickly flips upside down and causes a whirlwind comedy.
