Otto's life is bland. As a fisher, he's used to a lot of cold, gray days on the cold, gray ocean off the east coast of Maine. One fateful trip, he sees a flash of color in the gray water.

Otto eagerly looks towards the splash of color in his gray life and sees a rare and wonderful sight that he's sure no one has ever seen before, but will anyone believe that mermaids exist?
