8 years after Ningen freedom, an Australian Journalist named Mark goes to Japan to interview an animals right activist that told Mark about the G.U.O.H's attack on all of the beach in Japan that was caused by Japanese fishermen that sold a young G.U.O.H to a marine park in Indonesia. He tell Mark that during 1998-2016 more than 414,000 people have died because of the attack & all of the attack stop during 2016. The animal right activist suspected that a G.U.O.H stopped all of the attack because there is no proof that the Japanese government took no part on it, after hearing his story Mark become determined to find the unknown G.U.O.H & interview him. His effort attract the Japanese government. Will Mark find the G.U.O.H & interview him, or will the Japanese government arrest him for carrying a classified information?
