"Why do you do this?" Marinette asks him one dark, starry night, when, as always, young Chat stood, with his dark curling tail and his ruffled blonde hair.

"Why?" Chat asked. Marinette nodded. "Because Je T'aime, My Princess."

Marinette felt her cheeks turn red, and Chat grinned cattishly.
