Ivan, one of the most loyal and trusted wards from the General Kirigan also known as Darkling, walked through the corridors of the Little Palace searching for the General. "General"he said entering the room where he was looking through a map"We found her" The General couldn't help but to put his head up with surprise. "Where?"he asked impaciente. "In the woods, in a camp of Fjerdans" he answered. "Why is she there?" he asked, confused. "We don't know, but one of our trackers was in the woods and saw the camp with the girl bound hand and foot with chains" he explained while they were walking to get prepared. The girl that they were talking about was a girl with long brown hair and natural waves, gray eyes, flat nose and freckles called Kaida Deveraux, and why? Well, she has been searching and seizure in Ravka for almost three years for killing almost 30 people, but, why this interest of General Kirigan in her, the thing is that the bodies were found with their eyes out, they took them off them self and when they asked to the people around the place they told them that a purple wave ran out of a girl and then they started to scream. In the whole history it hasn't been a Grisha with that kind of power, but what if that wasn't her only power. Based on the Shadow and Bone trilogy. Cassie Sullivan is a witch in a world where the middle realm is broken into five districts - that of the witches (Mystica), the fae (Fairy), the elves (Ishon Talore), the shifters (Uvrush), and the halfbreeds, those who don't fit anywhere else (Downwind). Working as a cop during the day and a PI at night to pay the bills, she takes on jobs no one else can do - jobs that involve traveling to the lower demon realms. But her life is disrupted when Kit, the kid sister she has sole custody of, starts getting into fights at school. Usually a good kid, Cassie can't believe Kit would have provoked the fights. But when the reason comes out, their life will have to change. Calling in favors she never thought to use, Cassie emerges from the Downwind sister in tow, for the first time in years. With a new job, house, school, a missing person case dealing with the most prestigious families in the land, and their origin in the Downwind to contend with, these two sisters have an uphill battle before them. Especially when people from Cassie's past run into her at her new job and all her secrets threaten to unravel. Will she step up to meet the task fate sets before her, or run from it once more?
