Krystal, Charlie, Adrianna and Aaron are just normal teenagers enjoying a normal life, putting up with normal teenage problems. Then everything Changes when the ruggedly handsome, Ivan, shows up, with his charming looks and polite smile. Then BANG! Charlie, Krystal and Aaron wake up with a head piece that will kill them in 36 hours, buried, very shallow, in their heads, their lips sewn together. They find themselves to battle it out. Only two can live, out of twenty. Krystal, trying to remember who she is, Charlie, searching for Krystal. Adrianna, stuck in a room with a sadistic killer, Aaron having to make an impossible choice, save the girl he loves? or save his brother? either way one of them dies.
