You may suggest a location and there's a rather high chance it will be put in the book. Also bring a friend! As much as it's good to meet new people, its also fun to bring your friends along!
This is a magical place and you can come here even if your character is tied up somewhere in another location. You can fight, I only ask that both players consent before you go killing random players.
