When a teen in Boston, Massachusetts finds herself attracted to her English teacher. This school girl's boyfriend doesn't encourage the idea of her being given at-home tutoring for Shakespeare.
On the different side, her best friend, Kenya, sleeps through most of her teachers and coaches to make money and pass her classes. Soon, Gabby is introduced to this new and dangerous activity.

Also, the third BFF, Aria, introduced to stealing, drinking, and smoking by her boyfriend Stanley, introduces it and spreads it to her friends. This is a chaotic problem when she is put in a hospital for drug and alcohol treatment after a count of DUI arrests in her name.

Finally, last but definitely not least, Julianna, the problem solver, she is the hero of this clique. The depicter of the source of each problem's cause. She is the 'mom' of the girls and the only sane person after Gabby loses herself to drugs and sex. Get wasted or waste it. But it won't be long before Julianna gives up on herself.

Each of the girls' life are rough and tough. But they are strong together and a break up can change it all.
