...Actually, right now they're both arriving at the airport. Him to catch the flight, her to say goodbye to her brother before he gets on that same flight. Her brother who just happens to be his future roommate.
How can this be a romance if they're in different continents for 90% of the story? And how is she a strong female lead when she's messed up and has break-downs? And how can he be a good love interest when he isn't even in the same country to help her and be with her? Somehow, I believe these can co-exist.

But maybe, there is to way to fix it, A second chance. Some way to finish the story you two started writing because it was never the end, but just a part of the story... even if you have to travel far to achieve it. Her name is Alexei Mariano a simple, ordinary and a loner. She is used to be alone which she most prefer. Growing up she been dealing with insecurities that's the reason she want to be alone. She has two sister that is very opposite from her. Most people keep comparing them from each other and she is always left out. A delayed flight. A stranger at a hotel bar. A one night stand. Stranded in New York for an extra night than planned due to a delayed flight, I needed to find a way to keep myself occupied, and I soon found that something. It was easy enough when the handsome stranger introduced himself to me as Kade. It has been a while since I have had a hot one-night stand, and he reminds me how fun it can be. There are no questions, expectations or reasons to see one another again. What I don't expect is our night together to come around and bite me in the ass. When I arrive at a family dinner with my parents and two older sisters to celebrate my return home to Scotland, he is sitting right there with them.
