  After graduating from JMA, Rainkeeper, Joy, and all the others, have grown up and have started families of their own. But just when happily ever after is beginning, things start to spiral out of control. 
  
  Now our familiar group is faced with troubles they had never thought of as dragonets. Instead of vengeful cousins, they are dealing with war and gangs, with attacks and missing dragons. The stakes have been raised. Will they find a way to finally get a normal life?

Nightjar is a hybrid between a nightwing and a mudwing and that doesn't make her life simple at all. She doesn't know who are her true parents and she feels ignorant and empty every day. Her adoptive mother, one day decides to tell her what she knows about her real family but it is not enough for Nightjar. Why did she have not seen at least one time her real father or mother ? If they died, what happened to them ? She needs to find answers to her questions and she will do it her way, the price doesn't matter, because it is her heritage. What she knew was she was determined, but what she didn't was that this adventure would take her to her limit. (Note that this story is based on the universe of Wings Of Fire and doesn't follow the exact chronology of the original story). The wings of fire book series entirely belongs to Tui T. Sutherland. If you paid to read this, then it must be a scammed. This is just a fanfiction about that imaginative world that, for sure, you love just as me. The twist is that the Skywing is James, or Phoenix in this story. Basically James gets pulled into a portal that takes him to the WoF universe, and in order to go back to his home he has to do one thing: help the rest of the dragonets stop the war. I'll be keeping Glory in bc I don't wanna leave out our sassy Rainwing queen, and also bc plot. Of course, there will be plenty of things that will change, which you will see as the story progresses! Keep in mind that characters may act OOC (Out Of Character) to fit my writing style, so I don't want to see any of you yell at me about it. If you have a problem with this then either be nice about it or leave the book. Small heads up: This will contain spoilers for the first 5 Wings of Fire books from The Dragonet Prophecy to The Brightest Night. If you have not read those books yet I suggest you read them, but otherwise you are free to read this.
