It tells the story of a couple who shared an unconditional love , but was interrupted by a dangerous heart illness that attacked the girl , Maria.
And as they were too poor , they couldn't afford the money of the operation needed.
But , John, couldn't see his girl dying slowly, so he decided to show her what can a man fully in love do for his lover , and even tho he didn't have the capabilities, he tried another human way , far of money to save her, and that's because sometimes , just sometimes when someone says I love you , they really mean it , and they really know the true sense of this little word .
