It has been 500 years since the confederation - the coming together of four kingdoms to form one sovereign empire which was the Terran empire.

News of the merging had brought with it hope to the people of the original four kingdoms which had seen more years of war than peace in their lifetimes and it had delivered. The first few decades of the confederation brought with it prosperity to the now citizens of Terran but the evil in the heart of men would not let the happy times last.

As hierarchy became more defined, the difference in lifestyles between nobles and commoners became more obvious and two centuries in the oppression that existed became evident to those who cared to see

...and so a revolution became necessary. 

The voiceless needed a voice and the helpless needed heroes, heroes who could not afford to fail as failures meant the death of the voices of the helpless.
