THIS BOOK ISNT FINISHED AND NEVER WILL BE

-ugh can't you just believe me when I say this is a good book!?-

Star Butterfly is living an unusually bland life. The only thing that would exciting about it is how she would die. Or kill herself, to be more precise. Star Butterfly would die spectacularly, struck down by lightning. It would go smoothly, there was a massive storm over Echo Creek. No one would be the wiser.

But it didn't go down like that.

Star felt a knot in her stomach which brought her off the roof, into an ambulance and stuck her in the psych ward of the Echo Creek Hospital. There, she faces new friends, foes, and even greater problems. And who knows, maybe a romantic adventure will ensue after all

[STAR DOESNT HAVE MAGIC IN THIS BOOK]
{I DONT OWN SHIT}
[THIS IS A LOT OF RANTS AND DISCUSSIONS ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH AND DOES INCLUDE MENTION OF SUICIDE AND SELF HARM SO BE CAREFUL ABOT TRIGGERS]

When I shut the door behind me I realized that no cars were driving out here either. They were all empty and abandoned. As I strolled by there were no people talking in the coffee shop windows. There were no people eating in restaurants. There were no sounds except my heavy breathing and the howling wind. "HELLOOOOOOOO" I shouted, "IS ANYONE HEREEEEE HELLOOOOO!!?" I continued to call out to no one in particular feeling a little agitated by the growing silence. That's when I heard it... The winds howling came to a stop. The world seemed to stop turning. Time itself came to a halt. Leaves caught in the breeze and remained motionless. That was until the wind came calling back to me, and in this it whispered one word that answered all my questions... Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?

Yet again Darkness is hungry for a war to end it all, but Light will always have troops at the ready. One girl. One kingdom. Eleven friends. Four Elements. No biggie. * I'm Melody, hybrid freak, nice to meet you, strange muggle who I know nothing about. I used to be like you, cluelessly ignorant and uninvolved with the outside world. You know, they have a big, yellow ball of gas in the sky. Weird. Anyway my life became something out of a bad Si-Fi movie, and no, Nicolas Cage isn't in it (sadly). There are two forces in the world, Light and Darkness, and when you side with Light, Darkness gets a stick up its ass and wants you to suffer. My friends and I, we roll with Light, you must know where that leads.... I have a kingdom to learn, powers to master, loud friends to keep in line, a boy that I'm messed up over, and above it all, Darkness to show whose boss. Not as easy as you might think, but this is MY story, and I know how it ends. Being a loyal follower of Light shows me the beauty in life and the devastation it can cause. Don't get me wrong, I love Light, but Darkness makes it hard to stay and fight. * Melody is weird. She's childish. She's awkward. And she's got boy issues she needs to work out. Mel will face evil like no other, but can she do it? Will the scales of Light and Darkness finally be tipped? How can one girl make a difference? This is Melody, a corky teenager, and she wants you to read her story. Like now. Enjoy! Highest rank- #69 in Fantasy (Still cant believe it!!)

The Blood We Shed

14 parts Ongoing Mature

Daisy Smart is just a normal girl...right? This book is based off of me (Daisy) and my childhood friend group. It's about a small group of kids classified as "Starbearers" and they have that identity, because they all have a star mark on a random part of the body. There is a group called "Starhunters" looking for kids all over the USA with it, because the star mark means they have a secret superpower that they have to discover on their own. If they are found, then they are captured and taken to a place where they suffer until they die. Daisy is ten (she gradually gets older) and from Lexington, Kentucky. She lives with her little brother, Aiden Smart, and her parents. Her parents favor Aiden more and ignore their daughter's mental health needs. One day, Daisy is not able to control her actions, leading to her family's deaths. She runs away and meets a seven year old named Maya, who was abandoned as a baby due to her mark. Maya is very mature for her age and helps Daisy. Maya tells her about the star mark and Daisy discovers it on her back. Maya tells her everything about the Starhunters and Starbearers, making Daisy very angry and upset. Daisy promises Maya that she will change this fucked up world, but will she? (I want to make a sequel for this, but idk what to write about in that yet. That's where everyone in my childhood friend group will be in. In this one, there's only half of them.)
