Loved and Treasured

Jack/Sean is a cop who gets assigned a new case: Damien Vaughn; a male who has been known to severely abuse women. With this being a case like that, he immediately goes after his new target, finding out several bits of information. He has no idea that his case involved a female victim by the name of Rachel Branson.

After figuring out that she has nowhere to go, he decides to let Rachel stay with him. The more time they spend around each other, the more he falls in love with her.
He knows that it's wrong to fall in love with a victim in a crime. But to him, she is so beautiful that he can't resist. She's also falling for him.

During the process, Rachel gets diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety. Jack promises to go through it with her, no matter what happens. He does this for only a certain reason...

Will Jack solve the case and protect Rachel? How much is Jack willing to sacrifice for the girl of his dreams? Will she warm up to Jack after years of abuse? Can they finally be together, as they both soulfully desire? Or will Damien find her and will her abusive process restart over again? And what all will happen while they're together?
