Strange new anomalies are popping up, infecting people with abilities that amaze and frighten the whole world. Unable to stop this strange epidemic, the government contains the kids with these abilities and seeks to fix them. 

But what if they don't want to be fixed? What if these kids aren't ready to let go of their newfound gifts?
