"Daniel... Don't." I say, taking a step back after every word spoken between us.

"Why? What are you so afraid of?" he says, husky and low. Curiosity laced in his voice.

I don't try to let him get close to me, but his hand found its way to mine and intertwined our fingers. My back suddenly stopped at a wall and Daniel left a small space between us, his hot breath breathing on my neck.

"You should know, y/n. That I don't exactly follow orders." he whispered.

Y/n grew up as a quiet and humble kid. Her life has been a rollercoaster, compared to how she is portrayed. The disappearance of her mom was hidden well in her smile, the often comparisons between her and her siblings were concealed in her eyes, but heartbreak was something she didn't cope with well. Nevertheless, she kept secrets she shared only with her two best friends.

Now, after her 16th birthday, everything starts to change. She didn't expect that meeting 5 new friends, would change her life forever. Especially the curious, blue-eyed Daniel Seavey, who may be more into Y/n than she could ever imagine.
