A story set in 2078. A new dinosaur park opens operating on the new and best technology featuring flying tour buses, floating monerails and more. On august 17th, the power in the entire park seemingly disappears and everything on Kyoryu Shima shuts down allowing the attractions to roam free as they please. Its going to be a while until help arrives.
