Stargazer's Worth

On a day when the wind was strong and the sky was gray it probably wasn't the best of days to be outside hunting down a lost cat but what was one to do when you Aunts cat was lost. The young girl was searching high and low for the cat and even though cats weren't her favorite she still loved it. The young girl was about to give up all hope she heard the smallest of noises. The young girl ran towards the sound praying that she had finally found her cat.
The sound was coming from an old abandoned well that had been dry for years. No one had used that well since the turn of the century and the young girl was certain the well had been sealed. So how could the cat gotten down there. Much to her surprise and shock the young girl found the well was in fact not blocked but wide open with water at the bottom and there standing on the only dry part of the well was her cat.
