Short series of manipulation of New York residence through a Secret Government agency that secretively spy on residence to find their dirtiest of secrets to keep them in line.
These did not limit the politicians and top shots who normally has the dirtiest of secret, the agency uses these secrets to stop corruption and dishonesty at all level.
Selected Cops are used on this special quest, who also had their share of Secrets. And ofcourse it wouldn't be New York without some Love and relationship fandangle.
