We All Fall Down

60 parts Complete Mature

Every family has their secrets. When Rick met Patrice, he knows they are meant to be. Even with their vastly different backgrounds and just about to graduate high school, he has to marry her. Everything seems to be perfect until John is born. Fraught with undiagnosed bi-polar disorder, Patrice becomes increasingly erratic and neglectful. Her neighbor, Becky, steps up to help with John while Rick struggles to pick up the pieces until Patrice ultimately suffers a psychotic break and miscarries their second baby. Years later, as John approaches adulthood, he embarks on a trip with his best friends and potential girlfriend before he leaves for college. He is determined to escape the chaos of his family and forge his own life. Only, a tragic accident unravels a series of events and reveals a long-kept family secret. After being away at college for a year, John's brother, Ben, calls to say that Rick has passed away. Being back in his childhood home forces him to face the old wounds, as well as his mother. Would he mend their relationship, or cut ties forever? Everyone worries about how their choices will affect their children. Can anyone really forgive and forget?
