The devil is hot. So to speak. He has grown tired of the Angels, collecting all of the white mens souls. He is all but cut out of this specific group of souls. He summons his only daughter, Donna, whom he will send to turn the tide and to start sending him thousands of white man souls, on a non-stop basis. You gotta love a girl with a mission.

Donna at first is a little hesitant of going to the Earth, but her father, Satan is sure she will be highly successful, as long as she follows his instructions to the letter. She will bring a reign of horror and destruction to the white man's race. Never seen before on Earth. No stone will be left unturn on till she reaches her ultimate goal.
