Vega, works with the FBI and is currently working on catching a cold blooded serial killer, called The Mad Hatter. He leaves only the severed heads of his victims for the police to find, and escapes with no trace at all. He's been operating in USA for almost five years now. All of a sudden, the FBI finds him operating in London, and the FBI joins hands with the NCA in hunting him down. During this hunt, Vega uncovers some shocking secrets, that shatter her reality.
