Yeah, I know yet another Wings of fire fanfic, and this time the MC is a SkyWing I'm sorry, but I just wanted to try this out for myself and write this. I hope you'll like it! Desc: Gemstone knew that she wasn't unique, but her friends and even her minidress kept telling her that she was indeed memorable. she had individual orange-red scales, and while this didn't seem different if you looked closely, you could see golden veins running through them. Kestrel, one of her minders and the dragon she was closest with of the adults, thought that she had gotten firesales, but it proved that Gemstone wanted one. She could touch the others without burning them to a crisp. But all her peace and training gets interrupted by an escape plan her friends are playing. While Gemstone is an unusual dragonet, she will discover that life isn't so dull after all.Complete

At the speed it was going, it caught fire, for the friction was very strong. It landed in a desert, and the egg was cracked. The baby dragon had its eyes closed and was engulfed with flames. Life was dull, boring, and mechanical. I’ve always wondered if this would change. If something interesting will happen. I always hoped something interesting will happen. A falling meteor that would destroy half of town, an alien invasion, or even the Apocalypse. Anything, just to relieve me of this monotonous life I lead. “Urgh,” I groaned as I reached over to turn off the alarm clock that sounded like a hundred sirens in the early hours of dawn. The golden sun hasn’t come out to expel the surrounding darkness yet. I figured it would take an hour more or so for the sun to show its shining face, so I decided to eat breakfast and take a bath first.
