Jake Riggs is the captain of the Terra-Nova Crew, they fly around in their space ship, The Blue Jay, and go on a series of adventures throughout space. While going on his adventures, Jake Riggs is also trying to uncover the mystery of his missing girlfriend, Rose Star. 

This story takes place in the year 19999, and over the years, the human race managed to obtain different powers known as Flairs. Flairs are some sort of power that people are born with and throughout the galaxy there are many humans that possess these powers.
