Yes it's an adventure, because this is no ordinary Grim Reaper as 'it' will travel with main characters until someone near them dies, and until their stories are over..

Beyond the Rabbit Hole

The humans call them Grim Reapers. They call themselves Alyss and Morgyn. They spent their first eternity learning the ways of humanity from a backseat, only taking the stage when helping lost souls with their regrets and eventually guiding them to whatever lies beyond. When extinction for the humans they watched over for so long becomes inevitable, they are greeted by a God and offered the chance to experience life through the eyes of humans in another world. They take the opportunity, but while their new bodies may seem human, they are still anything but. They are immortal. They cannot die, but the people around them still can.
