When Isobel and Elsie realize they've lost their memories, they both deal with it differently. Isobel puts up walls, not wanting to have anything to remember, while Elsie tears them down, wanting to live while she can remember the previous day. James cannot remember everything about these two girls who changed his life, though he tries desperatly hard to. It's only when the three of them fatefully meet that he realizes the reason they all forgot was because he'd made the wrong decision one to many times.
